摘    要:本文建立采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法同时测定大枣多糖酸性条件下水解产物中阿拉伯糖和D-半乳糖含量的方法。实验结果表明:制备的样品中阿拉伯糖和D-半乳糖分离良好,阿拉伯糖和D-半乳糖分别在2.00-10.00 μg(r~2=0.9957)和2.08~10.40μg(r~2=0.9903)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为103.87%(RSD=5.42%,n=9)和93.04%(RSD=4.90%,n=9)。该方法稳定性和重复性好,可为大枣质量评价和控制提供参考。

Determination of arabinose and D-galactose in polysaccharide of Fructus jujube by HPLC-ELCD
Abstract:In this paper,a method was developed to determine the contents of the arabinose and D-galactose in the acid hydrolysis of polysaccharide of Fructus jujube,using the high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector.The results show that arabinose and D-galactose in samples could be separated satisfactorily;the concentration of arabinose and D-galactose is related linearly with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 2.00~10.00μg(r~2=0.9957)and 2.08~10.4μg(r~2=0.9903),respectively;the recoveries are 103.87%(RSD=5.42%,n=9)and 93.04%(RSD=4.90%,n=9),respectively.This is a simple,reliable,and reproducible method for the quality evaluation and control of Fructus jujubae
