| 摘 要： | 针对GDX1软盒包装机封签歪斜的问题，对葑签歪斜原因进行了分析，通过调整封签机构各部件的位置，改进奎签上胶轮上胶方式（即改变上胶轮的弧长），有效纠正了封签的歪斜，达到保证烟包质量、提高设备有效作业率的目的。

| Abstract: | The cause of the skew stamp existed in the GDX1 packing machines was analyzed. By adjusting the parts position of the stamping machines and changing the arc length of the wheels, the problem was solved. Thus, the quality of the packets was guaranteed, the efficiency of the equipment improved. |
