电控单体泵式(EUP)柴油机喷油系统的研究

摘    要:电控单体泵喷油系统是一种能够自由灵活调整喷油量和喷油正时、具有高喷射压力的新型燃油喷射系统。本文系统地分析了电控单体泵柴油喷射系统的结构和原理,研究了电磁阀以及电控单元的设计,试验结果提供了电控单体泵的供油特性及控制特点。

Abstract:Electronic unit pump system is a new type fuel injection system with high injection pressure which can be applied to control fuel quantity and timing of injecting flexibly. The structure and principle of electronic unit pump system is analyzed in this paper systematically. Research on the design of electromagnetic valve and electronic control unit (ECU) is also presented. Some injection and control characteristics of electronic unit pump are reported in this paper by experiments.
