| 摘 要： | 为了适应现代教育人才培养目标的要求，很多高等院校逐步推行弹性学制。提前毕业制度是教学管理制度上的一种突破，它预示着衡量学生能否毕业的基本标准由注重学习时间逐渐向注重学生的学习数量和质量转变。就提前毕业制度设计过程中遇到的难点问题进行探讨，以求进一步完善我国高等院校的教学管理制度。

| Abstract: | The system of graduating beforehand, breakthrough in teaching management system, foretelling the basic standard of measuring whether students can graduate is changing gradually from laying stress on studying time into studying quantity and quality of students. The paper discusses the difficulties in the process of designing the system of graduating beforehand in order to improve teaching management system in China's higher schools. |
