天然气管线内腐蚀影响因素分析

摘    要:针对天然气管线内腐蚀的四种主要因素:H2S、CO2、缓蚀剂及水,建立了相应的数理统计中的单、双因素方差分析的数学模型,利用现场第一手资料及数据分析得到H2S,CO2、缓蚀剂、水及它们的组合对于管线内腐蚀所起的作用。根据分析得到的结果提出了相应的改进天然气管线防腐方法及措施。

Abstract:In accordance with the four main influential factors of internal corrosion in natural gas pipeline including H2S, CO2, corrosion inhibitor and water, mathematical models are built up for single and dual factor variance analysis in the corresponding mathematical statistics. The effects of H2S, CO2, corrosion inhibitor and water and their combinations on internal corrosion in pipeline are determined with field data and through data analysis. Corresponding measures to improve internal corrosion prevention of natural gas pipeline are presented based on the analytical results.
