管道内防腐技术研究进展

摘    要:国内传统主力油田已经进入高含水开发期,由此引发注采系统和集输系统严重的管道腐蚀问题。介绍了油气管道内防腐技术,包括管材耐蚀材料选择机理、缓蚀剂加注技术、内涂层和内衬里技术等。并提出针对后腐蚀现象,可以采用局部修补技术对管道破损部位进行维护,以延长管道的使用寿命。为保障油气管道安全生产运行,应进一步研究管道内腐蚀机理,开发经济有效、环境友好的管道内防腐新技术。

Abstract:Main traditional oilfields in China have entered into high water-cut stage, which caused serious pipeline corrosion problems of the injection-production system ,nd gathering system. In this paper, the anti-corrosion technology of oil and gas pipeline internal walt was introdud, including pipe material selection, corrosion inhibitor injection technology, coating and lining technology. It's pointed out that pipeline damage location caused by corrosion can be repaired by local repair technology to prolong the service life of the pipeline. In order to ensure the safety of oil and gas pipeline operation, the inner pipeline corrosion mechanism should be further studied, economy, environment friendly pipeline anticorrosion technology should be developed.
