电动注水堵塞器的研制与应用

摘    要:针对常规堵塞器在油田注水井上应用存在的漏失量大、流量调节精度低等问题,研制了电动注水堵塞器。该电动注水堵塞器改进了内部活塞形状、调节杆结构和水嘴出口形状,增强了堵塞器在封隔器中的密封性能和调节性能,并且实现了流量调节的连续性。电动注水堵塞器在现场应用150余井次,分层配注合格率95.5%,测调偏差1.8 m3/d以内,单井测试时间4~6 h,可以满足油管压力在35 MPa以内的水井封隔器坐封施工,有效地提高了分注测调效率,缩短了测调周期,具有测试精度和效率高的优势。

Abstract:There are remarkable leakage and low precision of flowrate regulation with the conventional blanking plug applied in water injection wells.Therefore,a type of electrical blanking plug was developed.The internal piston form of the plug was improved as well as the structure of its adjustable lever and the form of its water nozzle outlet.The sealability and adjustability of the plug were strengthened in the packer and the continuity of flowrate regulation was achieved.The plug was applied over 150 well-times on the spot.The qualification rate of separate layer injection allocation reaches 95.5%;the testing and regulating deviation falls within the scope of 1.8 m3/d;the single well testing time is 4~6 h.They can satisfy the setting operation of the packer in water injection well with 35 MPa tubing pressure,thus effectively improving the efficiency of separate injection and testing and shortening the testing cycle.It has the strengths of high testing precision and high efficiency.
