摘    要:我国西部油田风沙活动对连续管测井中地面防喷装置法兰密封性能影响很大。为此,建立了防喷器组合底部法兰、密封垫环和连接螺栓的全结构有限元计算模型。应用该模型分析了连续管作业工况下多种风载对法兰连接密封性能和螺栓强度的影响,同时对比分析了防喷器组合有无支架支撑时的密封状态以及连接螺栓的应力水平。计算分析结果表明,在6级以上风载作用时,防喷器组合必须采用支撑装置,并通过计算求得支架支撑情况下的极限弯曲曲率,为施工过程中支架刚度的选择提供了参考。

Abstract:The wind-sand activity has remarkable effect on the flange sealability of ground blowout preventer(BOP) in coiled tubing(CT) logging in West China's oilfields.Therefore,the full structure finite element calculation model of ground flange,seal backing ring and connection bolt of BOP stack was established.The model was applied to analyze the effect of several types of wind load on flange connection sealability and bolt strength in CT operation.Meanwhile,a comparative analysis was conducted to deal with the stress level of connection bolt as well as the sealing state of BOP stack unitization with and without stand supporting.The calculation and analysis show that under the action of wind load above strong breeze BOP stack must adopt the supporting device.The limit bending curvature should be solved through computation in stand supporting in order to provide reference for selection of stand rigidity in the process of construction.
