摘    要:针对连续管细长且不宜旋转扫查的特点,采用单一轴向超强磁化漏磁检测方法,并结合开合式磁化器实现全方位走向伤检测,采用涡流差动法实现椭圆度与直线度的测量,并进行了寿命预测分析。设计的开合式积分磁化器能方便地套上连续管进行检测作业,磁能量集中且强。对检测探头的结构进行了优化设计,整个结构沿管轴线长不超过300 mm,可防止管弯曲过大而卡住,质量小于20 kg以减弱管摆动过大而带来的惯性破坏作用。检测系统可在连续管不旋转直进式扫查过程中完成缺陷无遗漏检测,应用效果良好。

Abstract:Coiled tubing(CT) is slender and difficult to conduct rotating scanning.Therefore,the single axial superstrong magnetic flux leakage(MFL) detection method was adopted to achieve an omni-directional defect detection in combination with the retractable magnetizer.The vortex differential method was used to achieve the measurement of ellipticity and straightness and the service life was predicted and analyzed.The open-close integral magnetizer designed can be conveniently put into CT to conduct detection.The magnetic energy is strong and concentrated.The optimum design of the structure of detection probe was carried out.The length of the whole structure along the CT axis is no more than 300 mm,which can prevent CT from getting stuck due to its excessive bending.The mass is less than 20 kg and thus it can reduce the inertia damage caused by too much swing.The detection system can achieve a complete detection of defects in the process of CT non-rotation straight scanning.The application effect is desirable.
