水平井多级水力喷射压裂封隔工具

摘    要:为了使1趟钻能够完成6段以上水平井水力喷射压裂施工,研制了PSK多级水力喷射封隔工具。该工具在多层段施工中可通过拖动管柱的方式先用下段的一级喷枪及封隔器进行3段的射孔及压裂施工,然后以投球的方式开启PSK344-110水力喷射封隔工具的喷枪和封隔器进液通道,封堵封隔器下部管柱,再通过拖动管柱的方式施工3个层段,这样就能够用1趟钻对6段进行施工。6口井的应用情况表明,采用多级水力喷射压裂封隔工具,1趟钻可以施工3~4段,最高施工段数为8段,可以减少入井管柱次数,降低成本和减轻工人的劳动强度,缩短施工作业周期,减少对储层的伤害。

Abstract:To make one-trip drilling achieve the hydraulic jet fracture operation of over six sections in horizontal wells,the PSK multistage hydraulic jet isolating tool was developed.In multiple layer section construction the tool can first use one-stage spray gun of next section and packer to conduct perforation of three sections and fracturing operation by dragging the string.Then by means of ball injection it opens the gun of the PSK344-110 hydraulic jet isolating tool and the fluid-entering channel of the packer in order to block the lower string of the packer.Then construction of three sections can be carried out by dragging the string.In this way one-trip drilling can achieve the construction of six sections.The application to six wells shows that adopting the tool,one-trip drilling can achieve the construction of three to four sections,with the maximum number of eight sections.This can reduce the number of string running,decrease the cost,reduce workers' labor intensity,shortens the operation and construction cycle and lessen the damage to reservoirs.
