基于COSMOS Motion水稻栽植机秧针轨迹的运动分析

摘    要:根据水稻栽植机栽植机构中秧针运动的工作原理,应用与SolidWorks无缝集成的COSMOS Motion三维动力学仿真软件对分插机构进行了模拟,得到栽植机构秧针前端点运动轨迹图.同时对秧针端点的运动速度及角速度加以分析,为选择合理的栽植机构的结构参数提供依据.

Abstract:In this paper, the motion trace figure of seeding needle forward terminal of planting mechanism is obtained and separate-transplanting mechanism is simulated by three-dimensional dynamic simulation software COSMOS Motion seamless integrated SolidWorks based on operational principle of seeding needle motion in planting mechanism of rice planter. At the same time, kinematic velocity and angular velocity of seeding needle endpoint are analyzed and it provides bases for selecting reasonable structural parameter...
