Construction of network management system in the LTE network

This article mainly studies the management function requirements of the NMS, especially the main features of LTE SON, as self-configuration, self-optimization and self-healing, the setting principles of the NMS and current devices of the mainstream manufacturers. Besides, it introduces the design and construction of the NMS in the LTE network based on engineering practice and requirements in operation, proposing IP address allocation scheme and routing scheme. In the end, it compares 4G network management system with 3G network management system in stucture and analyses the differences between them.
