合作学习中目标导向式教学设计浅议

合作学习是一种目标预设的教学方法,围绕目标达成进行教学设计,开展教学活动,作出教学评价。在目标导向式教学设计中,学生认知、情感、能力的全面发展是教学设计的核心;选取合适的教学内容、设计合适的讨论问题可以使合作学习达到预期的目标;教师驾驭课堂设计要注意合作学习小组的组建和学习时间的安排;学习结果采取形成性评价,尊重个体差异,注重学生的成长、进步过程。
