摘    要:为验证城际动车组制动系统用空重车调整阀产品设计的合理性,缩短开发周期,用AMESim创建空重车调整阀仿真模型,并在此基础上搭建简化的测试气路模型.分析反馈室容积、节流孔孔径大小和进出口环境等关键因素对空重车调整阀动态性能的影响,得到的设计尺寸范围与实际情况相符.结果可以为气动阀类产品的设计优化提供参考.

Abstract:To verify the design rationality of an empty and load adjustment valve of intercity electric multiple unit and shorten the developing time, the simulation model of an empty and load adjustment valve is built by AMESim. Based on this model, a simplified pneumatic test model is built. The effect of the key factors such as feedback chamber volume, throttle hole diameter, and inlet and outlet environment on the dynamic performance of the empty and load adjustment valve is analyzed and the design size range is obtained, which is consistent with the actual facts. The results can provide reference for the design and optimization of pneumatic valve products.
