振动破碎机的设计与研究

摘    要:双腔振动破碎机是实现"多破少磨"粉碎新工艺的理想设备,介绍了振动破碎机的工作原理和主要结构,阐述了关键技术的设计,实现了对物料的超细碎加工。同时,对振动破碎机进行了动力学实验,并与传统颚式破碎机进行了对比,大大提高了对物料的破碎能力,提高了企业的劳动生产率,达到了节能增效的目的。

Abstract:A crusher was designed out based on the development orientation "more crushing,less grinding".In the same time,the principle and structure of a crusher were described,the design of its key technology was expatiated.The test shows that this kind of crusher has improved greatly the technical targets.The equipment can increase a enterprise economic benefit because of duce the loss of energy in transformer itself to a minimum to achieve the goal of saving energy.
