基于料厚尺度的薄板冲压成形性能研究

摘    要:通过单向拉伸试验研究了材料厚度对不锈钢超薄板冲压成形性能的影响,并建立了一个基于料厚尺度t的材料模型.研究结果表明,薄板材料成形性能随着料厚尺度t的减小而降低.

Abstract:The paper studies the effect of thickness dimension on the stamping formability of the ultra thin stainless steel sheet. A new material constitutive model based on the thickness dimension t is created . The result shows that the stamping formability of the ultra thin sheet decreases as the thickness dimension reduces.
