摘    要:从当前应用型本科院校教学改革的需要出发,提出将问题导向学习(Problem-based-learning, PBL)与行动学习(Action learning)相结合的教学模式。以问题为导向,以工程项目为依托,以行动学习作为主要的学习方式,让学生在工程项目的教学情境中,通过解决实际问题来掌握课程内容,提高创新能力和实践能力。分析了该模式的教学组织实施要点,并结合课程教学改革实践讨论了该模式的教学组织实施过程,教学效果良好。

Abstract:Based on the needs of current teaching reform in application-oriented universities, a teaching mode combining Problem-based-learning (PBL) and Action learning is proposed. This model is problem-oriented, using engineering project as the basis, action learning as the main way of learning, so that we can train students in the teaching context of engineering projects, and students can master the course content through solving practical problems, then improve the ability of innovation and practice. This paper analyzes the key points of teaching organization and implementation of the model, and discusses the process of teaching organization and implementation of the model based on the practice of curriculum teaching reform, the teaching effect is well.
