基于多学科和产教“双融合”的风景园林专业应用型人才培养

新时代中国高校正加快推进新工科、新农科等“新四科”建设，促进人才培养向实用性、交叉性与综合性方向发展。应用技术型高校风景园林人才培养应紧密结合行业发展对人才的多元化需求，动态优化更新专业人才培养目标，探索开展风景园林本科专业“一体、两观、三元、四个面向、五育并举”的教学改革模式，重视生态文明观和劳动价值观“协同”的价值引领，深度推进多学科和产教“双融合”，建设多学科交叉的现代产业学院开放式实践实训平台，建立校企一体化的“双师双能型”师资队伍，力争培养出认知思维创新、实践能力厚实的风景园林应用创新型人才。

Cultivation of Applied Talents for LandscapeArchitecture Specialty by Doubly Integrating Multidisciplineswith Industry and Education

In the new era Chinese universities are accelerating theconstruction of new four disciplines especially in new engineeringand new agricultural science, and promoting the development oftalent training in the practical, intersectional, and comprehensivedirection. The cultivation of landscape architecture talents intechnology application universities should be closely combinedwith the diversified demands for talents in the development ofthe industry, dynamically optimize and update the cultivationobjectives of professionals, carry out educational reform of "one lifecommunity, two values, ternary epistemology, four orientations, andall around development" in landscape architecture undergraduatemajors, attach importance to the synergism of value guidanceof ecological civilization and labor values, deeply promote theproduction-education integration of multidisciplinary, build an openpractical training platform of modern industrial college, establisha teaching team of school-enterprise integration, and cultivateapplication innovative talents of landscape architecture specialtywith innovative cognitive thinking and practical ability.
