摘    要:论述了一种基于FPGA和实时操作系统microC/OS-Ⅱ、适用于核物理数据检测和实验控制的片上可编程系统SOPC(System On a Programmable Chip)的设计,并在altera-stratix-Ⅱ2S60f1020c3芯片内获得实现.该片上可编程系统的硬件处理器和实时操作系统都可根据需求裁剪、重配置.

Abstract:FPGA and dedicated micro-controller chips are widely used in HIRFL-CSR monitor and control systems. The paper discussed the design and implementation of System On a Programmable Chip which is suitable for HIRFL-CSR monitor and control systems based on on FPGA altera-stratix-Ⅱ2S60f1020c3 and microC/OS-Ⅱ. The hardware system and the operating system of the SOPC are both reconfigurable and it has a wide range of applications in monitor and control systems of nuclear physics and other field of sci-ence.
