| 摘 要： | 新媒体时代正面临日益激烈的人才竞争，这对高校的创新人才的培养提出了更高的要求，借力新媒体的普及和发展，高校对创新性人才的培养将更具契机和实践性，新媒体的使用对高校人才培养的理念将更具启发性和触发性。文章通过研究新媒体使用现状及其相关影响，提出新媒体使用对高校创新人才培养的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The era of new media is facing increasingly a fierce competition for talents, which places higher requirements on the cultivation of innovative talents. Thanks to the popularization and devel- opment of new media, the cultivation of innovative talents in universities is provided with more op- portunities and appears to be more practical. The use of new media makes the concept of the cultiva- tion of innovative talents in universities more thought-provoking. By making a deep research on the influence of new media on the conventional learning model combined with the analysis of relevant factors, the paper analyzes the influence of new media on the trend of innovative talent cultivation in universities, and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
