| 摘 要： | 本文提供了电刷镀Ni P T合金的镀液和工艺。该镀液来源充足,成本较低,基本无毒、稳定,工艺简便。所镀出的镀层硬度高,耐磨、耐蚀性好,光亮细密,是目前较理想的表面层。可代替镀硬铬,广泛应用于各种工作层的修复和制造,是表面处理技术的新方法。

| Abstract: | The article describes the solution of electrolytic brushing plating nickel phosphorus-T alloys and the process. The solution resources are abundent, low cost, non-poison, stable. The process is simple. Its deposit is hard, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, bright, fine. It is an ideal surface layer for many application.It can be used to replace hard chromium plating. It is a new way of surface treatment technology. |
