摘    要:气冲造型法用于顶面宽大、且深凹比大的复杂模样造型时 ,在深凹区入口上方会出现搭桥现象 ,此处的砂型紧实度很低。利用气流与成型压板同步冲击造型法 ,较好地解决了这个问题。本文就成型压板的过流面积、凸块高度等结构因素对紧实效果的影响及这种造型方法的紧实机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Applying the air impact molding to the molding using complicated pattern with wider top surface and deep concave,there always exits a vaulted phenomenon and a lower sand mold compactability over the entrance to the concave area . But this problem will be settled preferably by using the air-stream and synchro-formed clamp plate impact molding. In this paper, the compact mechanism of molding method and the effect of compact result which were attributed by the configuration factors such as the area of impacting air flowing through the clamp plate, the highness of the protruded block around the diffluent clamp plate, and etc were discussed.
