摘    要:许楼煤矿在主井人工冻结巨厚砾岩段施工中,采用了控制爆破技术。根据冻结砾岩的力学特性设计出合理的爆破参数,在保证冻结管安全条件下提高了施工速度,月成井109m,且达到了光面爆破的标准,节省了表土段施工与基岩段施工的转换工序。总结出了立井冻结巨厚砾岩段钻眼爆破法掘进的技术要点。

Abstract:A controlled blasting technology was applied to the construction of freezing thick gravel stratum section in the main shatt ot Xulou Mine. Rational blasting parameters ware designed according to the mechanics characteristics of the freezing gravel. Under the safety conditions of the freezing tubing, the construction rate was improved and the month shaft completed rate reached to 109 m with a smooth blasting standard. Such construction eliminated a transfer construction operation from the overburden construction to base rock construction. The paper summarized the technical key points of the excavation with the drilling and blasting method for the freezing thick gravel stratum section of the mine shaft.
