摘    要:对110 kV川口变电所2#主变,在2004年8月19日发生的一起由35 kV输电线路短路故障造成对2#主变冲击,使2#主变严重受损事故,并结合2#主变事故前、后的电气试验以及吊罩解体检查等情况的综合分析,阐述了该主变冲击受损的原因,提出了在变压器制造工艺等方面的预控措施。

Abstract:Aiming at the 35kV transmission line short-circuit accident of ll0kV Chuankou substation on Aug.19 Of 2004 which induced the impact on 2#main transformer and made it seriously damaged,the paper expounds the damage reason combining with the comprehensive analysis of the electric test of the 2# main transformer before and after the accident,and the disaggregation check of the suspending cover,as well as proposes some relevant preventing control measures on the manufacturing technique of the transformer.
