摘    要:介绍德国SW311造墙机和振动沉模板墙施工设备2种挤压注浆防渗墙施工设备的主要组成、成墙原理以及设备功率、转场行走方式、供浆系统等基本性能以及施工技术的主要指标.通过生产性现场施工试验了解2种防渗墙施工设备的主要工艺特性、施工工效和主要成本,通过现场开挖检查、抽样试验和注水试验检测防渗墙的整体性和成墙质量.检测结果表明:2种振动沉模挤压注浆施工技术具有施工速度快、造价低等特点,形成的防渗墙墙体连续完整,整体性较好,无开裂和透水现象,可以起到防渗的作用;但参加试验的设备及所采用的浆液材料也存在一些尚需改进之处.

Abstract:This paper presents the basic performances of assembly, wallbuilding principle,equipment power, motion manner and the pour slurry system of the SW311 wallbuilding machine made in Germany and the vibration sinking mould plank wall machinery made in China, as well as their main technical indexes. The technical characteristics, construction efficiency, and construction cost were understood through construction tests insitu. The entirety and quality of the cutoff wall was examined by using the methods of excavation detection, sample test and injection water test. The results show that the cutoff walls formed by these construction techniques can be used in the seepage control engineering owing to their excellent continuity, integrity, crackless, and seepage proof features, and possessing advantages of quick constuction progress and low cost. Some suggestions of improving the machineries and the slurry material are put forward.
