摘    要:基于电流镜积分读出电路的X射线CMOS图像传感器(CMI-X-IS)的原理,并对电流镜积分读出电路进行了计算机模拟.对CMI-X-IS的性能参数进行了测试,并对光电转换特性曲线进行了分析.设计了CMI-X-IS的应用电路,得到了不同密度、不同尺寸材料的视频信号波形.测试结果和实验表明,CMI-X-IS具有较低的暗噪声、较大的响应度、较高的输出电压和较宽的动态范围,可以应用于X射线实时成像检测领域.

Abstract:The principle of X ray CMOS Image Sensor baesd on readout circuit called Current Mirroring Integration (CMI X IS) was introduced,and computer simulation of the current mirroring integration readout circuit was fulfilled. Performance parameters of CMI X IS were measured, and the curve of photoelectric conversion characteristic of CMI X IS was analyzed. The application circuit of CMI X IS was designed, the video signal waveform of different density and different size material was obtained. The measurement result and experiment show that CMI X IS has some characteristics of lower noise of dark output voltage, larger responsivity, higher output voltage and wider dynamic range. CMI X IS can be used for X ray real time radioscopy inspection fields.
