板式天然橡胶桥梁支座的研制

摘    要:板式天然橡胶桥梁支座通过胶料配方设计和支座的结构设计,其物理性能及抗压、抗剪等性能均达到部颁标准,极限抗压强度满足使用要求,抗压弹性模量远大于抗剪弹性模量,保证了竖向刚性、水平柔性原则。支座自身抗剪能力满足使用要求。

Abstract:Through designing the recipe and construction, the physical properties,anti-press and antishear properties of the bridge bearings have come up to the standard issued by the Ministry of Communication. The limiting compression strength satisfies the demand of use completely. It ensures vertical stiffness and horizontal flexibility that compression elastic modulus is far bigger than shear elastic modulus. The antishear capability of the bridge bearing itself come up to the demand of the application.
