| 摘 要： | 对建设工程合同履行过程中可能发生的各种纠纷进行了分析,并针对这些纠纷,提出了预防和化解的思路和措施,使企业应对法律纠纷变事后处置为事前预防,从而有效地规避各种法律风险,提高了企业依法全面履行建设工程合同的能力。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes possible disputes in the execution process of the construction contracts,points out some prevention and solution measures and ideas aiming at these disputes to have the precaution for the enterprises for the legal disputes,so as to avoid all kinds of legal risks and improve the capacity to execute the construction project contracts. |
