| 摘 要： | 针对酒精棉纱外包装可能存在的各种缺陷，及其在生产过程中人工检测效率较低等情况，采用一种基于虚拟仪器技术的机器视觉产品外包装检测系统，该系统以LabVIEW8．0为开发平台，配以NI1742智能相机。并采用数字图像处理技术，完成了视觉检测；经实际测试，该系统可以快速有效地检测出不合格品，达到了性能指标的要求，同时该系统还具有开发周期短，成本较低，扩展性强等优点。

| Abstract: | In order to detect all kinds of flaws which possibly happen to printed alcohol tissue bags, and the low quality caused by artificial inspection. A machine vision inspection system of product packages based on virtual instrument is adopted. The system uses digital image process- ing technology to complete the work of vision inspection with intelligence camera of National Instrument based on LabVIEW8.2.
