防护鞋用超纤合成革的防水透湿机理及应用

摘    要:根据防护鞋用超纤合成革的功能要求,探讨了超纤合成革基布和干法贴面聚氨酯(PU)膜的防水透湿机理,设计了防护鞋用超纤合成革基布的结构,并选择亲水聚氨酯树脂作为超纤合成革的面层树脂和控制PU膜的微孔孔径,以达到防水透湿的要求。同时介绍了防护鞋用超纤合成革的应用领域。

Abstract:According to the requirements of micro-fiber leather for protective footwear,the waterproof and the water vapour permeability mechanisms of micro-fiber base and polyurethane film by dry process overlaying were discussed.The structure design of micro-fiber base for the protective footwear was introduced.Using hydrophilic polyurethane for the surface of micro-fiber leather and controlling the aperture of micropores of polyurethane film to obtain the waterproof and water vapour permeability of the protective f...
