| 摘 要： | 根据防护鞋用超纤合成革的功能要求,探讨了超纤合成革基布和干法贴面聚氨酯(PU)膜的防水透湿机理,设计了防护鞋用超纤合成革基布的结构,并选择亲水聚氨酯树脂作为超纤合成革的面层树脂和控制PU膜的微孔孔径,以达到防水透湿的要求。同时介绍了防护鞋用超纤合成革的应用领域。
