摘    要:采用显色分光光度法测定板栗刺壳中单宁的含量的方法。在弱碱性条件下,板栗刺壳中单宁与钨酸钠-磷钼酸形成稳定的蓝色配合物,在766nm处测定显色液的吸光度确定单宁的含量。以单宁酸为标样,单宁量在0.0004~0.002mg/mL范围内服从比耳定律,回归曲线方程Y=47.913X-0.0503,相关系数R2=0.997。

Abstract:Spectrophotometry determination of tannin content in chestnut shell thorns was established with sodium tungstate-phosphomolybdate acid.Under weak alkaline condition,tannin and sodium tungstate-phosphomolybdate acid can form a stable blue complex,whose absorbance can be measured at 766 nm to determine the tannin concentration.With tannic acid as the standard sample,Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.0004-0.002 mg/mL of tannin,the regression equation was Y=47.913X-0.0503 and the correlation ...
