摘    要:介绍了一种基于大面阵CMOS图像传感器MI1310SOC和新型USB2.0控制器的高集成度成像系统的开发,其具有体积小、功耗低、画质清晰等明显优势,有很好的实用价值。文章中给出了该成像系统的设计方法和设计结果。

Abstract:A high integration based imaging system which consists of MI1310SOC,large frame scan CMOS image sensor,and an new USB2.0 camera controller was introduced.It had very small size,low power and high definition.Its practical value is very good.The basic design methods and result were presented.
