数字喷墨打印用陶瓷颜料的制备工艺进展

摘    要:本文介绍了数字喷墨打印用陶瓷颜料的几种制备技术,如:固相分散法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学共沉淀法、水热法、微乳液法、自蔓延燃烧法、微波加热法、机械化学合成法、声化学法等。对这些工艺技术的组合,如:超声-共沉淀、共沉淀-水热、微波-溶胶凝胶、微波-水热、微乳液-水热、自蔓延燃烧-水热技术等也作了分析。讨论了陶瓷数字喷墨打印技术的特点、研究现状、存在问题及发展前景。

Abstract:New preparation technologies of ceramic pigment for ink-jet printing process were introduced, such as solid dispersing process, sol- gel synthesis, chemical co-deposition synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, micro-emulsion synthesis, ultrasonic synthesis, low temperature com- bustion synthesis (LCS) and the microwave heated process. The combination of these technologies, such as ultrasonic hydrothermal synthesis, co-deposition and hydrothermal synthesis, ultrasonic sol-gel synthesis, ultrasonic hydrothermal synthesis, micro-emulsion hydrothermal, com- bustion hydrothermal synthesis and so on also presented. The advantages, disadvantages, research present situation and the prospect of the ink-jet printing technology were reviewed.
