摘    要:无接触感应传动是通过磁感应原理来传递动力。它在动力传递过程中根本无需物而的啮合(即主动轮与从动轮不用接触),就能达到传递动力的目的,能真正实现“永不磨损”。

Abstract:On basis of the study and analysis to the transmission mechanism and the technical characteristic of the non-touch transmission,the paper offers the unique advantage of the non-touch transmission compared with the traditional transmission:non-abrasion,low noise,without lubricant,high efficiency and non-pollution.The paper introduces the main factors that affect this transmission:magnetic-field intensity of the magnet couple,efficient area of the magnetic induction,distance of the magnet couple.It also forecasts the application of the non-touch transmission by analysis to the manufacture process,structural characteristic.
