摘    要: 针对电镜室安装环境的振动和磁场测试超标的问题,分析了振动、磁场干扰的原因和特性,采用增大电镜基础结合缓冲垫层的方法来隔振,通过低碳钢板和纯铁板双层材料磁屏蔽技术来防磁,实践结果满足了电镜安装的要求。

Abstract:For the problems of vibration of installation environment of electron microscope(EM) and the magnetic field testing is over standard,the causes for the vibration and magnetic interference were analyzed.Therefore,in order to isolate vibration and prevent magnetic,the bottom cushions layer of the EM was increased and magnetic was shielded using low carbon steel plate and the pure iron plate magnetic shielding technology.The practice satisfied the install requirement of EM.
