摘    要: 随着国家对海洋石油开发的重视,为模拟海底管线管铺设时的工况,要求对海底管线管进行全尺寸的塑性弯曲试验。介绍了天津钢管公司自行设计的三点弯曲加载设备,对海洋用管线管按照预先设定的弯曲曲率进行反复弯曲加载,以模拟管线管在绕管作业时的工况。通过具体试验验证了该方法的实用性和可靠性,非常值得在业内交流和推广。

Abstract:Along with the importance of the ocean petroleum,in order to imitate submarine pipeline’s work condition of reeling and laying,the full-scale plastic bending experiment was requested.A three-point bending equipment designed by ourselves was introduced.The bending test with the advance set bending curvature was carried out,and submarine pipeline ’s work condition was imitated.The function and credibility of the method were verified by concretely experiment.It is worth communicating and expanding in the industry.
