摘    要: 选取含铌16Mn钢,取铸态与热轧态试样,做显微组织分析、织构的EBSD分析,目的是研究铌对组织的影响及织构的变化。结果表明:含铌16Mn钢晶粒比较细小,16Mn钢的铸态与热轧态相比,存在比较明显的织构,铸态向热轧态转变的过程,是集中晶粒取向转变为分散晶粒取向的过程。

Abstract:To study the effects of niobium on microstructure,the 16Mn steel with niobium was selected,cast and hot rolled sample was checked,and microstructure analysis,EBSD analysis of texture were made.The results showed that the grains of hot rolled 16Mn steel with niobium are relatively small;compared to cast and hot rolled of 16Mn steel,obvious texture exists.The transformation process of cast to the hot state is also the process of concentration of grain orientation into spread grain orientation.
