| 摘 要： | 以SPHC冷轧镀锌后边部线状凸起缺陷为研究对象，通过相关工艺调查分析、跟踪试验、金相检验等方法，研究了日照钢铁生产的SPHC热轧带钢在冷轧镀锌后，边部“线状凸起”缺陷的产生原因。结果表明，连铸坯表面边部纵向裂纹及卷渣是造成SPHC母材边部裂纹的主要原因。并提出对连铸工艺的相关调整措施，使冷轧镀锌板边部裂纹缺陷得到了有效控制。

| Abstract: | The linear flaw on the galvanized sheet was researched by technology analysis, audit trail and metallo- graphic inspection. The results indicate that the flaw was caused by longitudinal crack of slab and boiler slags in the slab. And some means to adjust the continuous cast technology were put forward, which will control the flaw fairly. |
