摘    要:冶金高炉系统处于高温、粉尘、含硫的工业大气环境中,采用普通涂料基本无保护效果,选择寿命与维修周期相当的涂料涂装体系,才能达到预期效果。

Abstract:This paper describes an improvement of coating protection for a blast furnace system that was exposed to high temperature industrial atmosphere containing dust and sulfur. Common coating did not work. The anti-corrosion requirement was satisfied by selecting suitable surface treatment and coating materials with the same lifetime as the maintenance period.
