乙醇-硫酸铵-碘化钾体系萃取分离Bi(Ⅲ)的新方法

摘    要:研究了乙醇-硫酸铵-碘化钾体系分离铋的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。实验表明,在碘化钾存在下,B i(Ⅲ)以B iI63-形式与质子化乙醇(C2H5OH2+)形成离子缔合物B iI63-(C2H5OH2+)3,可被乙醇相萃取,固定B i(Ⅲ)用量为50μg,乙醇用量为3.0 mL,当(NH4)2SO4用量为3.5 g,K I(0.1 mol/L)用量为1.25 mL时,B i(Ⅲ)能被完全浮选,控制pH 2.0,B i(Ⅲ)能与常见离子Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、N i(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)分离。

Abstract:The extraction separation behaviour of bismuth with ethanol-ammonium sulfate-potassium iodide system and the conditions for the separation of bismuth with other metal ions were studied.With potassium iodide,Bi(Ⅲ) could form an ion-association complex BiI_6~(3-)(C_2H_5OH_2~+)_3 with C_2H_5OH_2~+ by the form of BiI_6~(3-),and the ion-association complex could be extracted by ethanol.With the amount of Bi was 50 μg,the ethanol was 3.0 mL,the Bi(Ⅲ) could be extracted completely under the amount of(NH_4)_2SO_4 was 3.5 g and KI was 1.25 mL.It showed that Bi(Ⅲ) could be separated completely from Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ) at pH 2.0.
