单值动态矩阵控制的仿真研究

摘    要:动态矩阵控制在工业中有着广泛的应用 ,为了提高动态矩阵控制算法的实时性和简化其算法 ,在双值动态矩阵控制的基础上 ,提出一种新型的动态矩阵控制 ,即单值动态矩阵控制 ,该算法只选取一个预测输出值 ,由二次性能指标计算控制量 ,通过反馈校正输出误差 ,并分析单值动态矩阵控制算法各参数对系统动、静态性能的影响 ,给出了参数的选择规则。仿真试验表明 ,它较传统的动态矩阵控制算法计算速度快 ,实时性强 ;且控制算法和参数的选取规则较双值动态矩阵控制算法简单 ,通过对参数简单合理的选择 ,就可得到好的控制效果 ,同时具有较强的抑制干扰能力

Abstract:Dynamic matrix control has been applied to the process of industry widely In order to improve the real time of DMC and simplify its algorithm, a new model algorithm about DMC named single value DMC is brought up,which is based on the algorithm of double value DMC. In this algorithm, only one predictive output value is chosen, while the value of control is determined by quadratic capability aim function and the output deflection is adjusted by feedback. Then the influences of each parameter on systematic performance of dynamic and static state were analyzed, and the rules of parameter choosing were given. Simulation tests show that this method has faster computing speed and better real time than the traditional DMC algorithm; and its algorithm and choosing rule are simpler than that of double value DMC; at the same time, it has good control result and good resistance of disturbance if the parameters have been chosen properly.
