摘    要:为使尿素合成塔在非正常生产条件下处于安全运行状态,论述了CO2汽提法尿素流程合成燃爆气的生成过程,例举了爆炸事故实例,提出了降压法、降氧法、提高CO2纯度法、脱氢法等项防爆方法和实施方案。针对我国传统法尿塔顶部出料管的伸入管结构所引起的爆炸危险性,从设备、操作、工艺、规程指标等方面提出了5项改进措施.

Abstract:In order to make the urea reactor situating at safely operating state under abnormal production condition, the generation process of synthesis combustion explosion gas was discussed for urea process uf CO2 stripping method, actual examplc of explusive accident was listed, multi-items of antiexplosion methods, stach as pressore reduction method, oxygen reduction method, method increasing CO2 pnrity, de-hydrogen method etc. , and executing ,scheme were suggestesl, In allusion to that the insert tube structure of fluid discharge tube at top of the teaditional urea reactor in China could lead to explosire danger, five items of improvement measures have been suggested from aspects of equipment, operation, process, regulation indexes etc.
