摘    要:以多釜串联模型和连续搅拌槽反应器(CSTR)模型为基础,经推导建立了能够计算在稳态下系统的苯乙烯转化率、聚合物重均分子量模型,并用该模型模拟了不同聚合温度、不同平均停留时间下的装置参数。通过实测值表明,模型的计算精度可以满足实际生产需要。

Abstract:This paper established a model for calculating styrene conversion and weight average molecu|ar mass of the polymer inside a system in steady state via a deduction based on the model of multiple reactors in series and the model of continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR).The parameters of the plant operated at different polymerization temperatures and different average residence time were simulated with this model.The practi- cal application of the model demonstrates that the calculation precision of the model can meet the require- ment of polystyrene plant for commercial production.
