区域水环境质量多目标模糊灰色评价

摘    要:区域水环境是一个多目标、多层次、多因素影响的复杂控制系统。基于区域水环境质量评价的模糊性和灰性特点,文章将模糊数学中的中介过渡函数等概念引人灰色局势决策中,构成区域水环境质量的模糊灰色评价模式。对湖南湘江株洲至长沙区域河段水质进行综合评价,实例研究表明,该模式具有评价信息量多、评价结论可靠等优点。

Abstract:The regional water environment is a complex control system with multi-layers, multi objectives and multi-factors. In view of the fuzzy and grey characteristics of water environment quality assessment in a river system or a region, a new method for evaluating water quality, the fuzzy-grey method, is put forward in this paper. The case study shows that the fuzzy-grey method is informative and obtains reliable results.
