中国石化境外机构员工思想政治工作初探

近年来，中国石化根据集团发展战略目标需要，加大“走出去”力度，加快了推进国际化经营的进程。不同的社会政治制度、意识形态、价值观及文化给境外机构员工的思想带来了一定影响。分析境外机构员工思想政治工作的难点；从思想政治工作的核心作用入手，探讨性地提出加强境外机构员工思想政治工作的对策。

On Political and Ideological Work of Employee in Institutions Abroad of SINOPEC

In recent years, according to the demand of strategy target of development, we, SINOPEC, have made more effort of ＂going abroad＂, and speeded up the promotion of process of international operation. Different political social system, ideology, view of value and culture would certainly affect the ideology of the employee abroad. We analyzed the difficult points of political and ideological work of employee in institutions abroad; presented exploratively the policy of strengthening political and ideological work of employee in institutions abroad in terms of core function of political and ideological work.
