城市商业银行项目管理难点及对策

这些年来,城商行系统开发建设处于高潮,这是由于我国经济的快速发展,城市商业银行规模迅速扩大,客户对商业银行服务的需求越来越多,对服务的质量要求也越来越高所导致的。与此同时,银监和人民银行对城商行的系统监管日益严格,各种监管系统建设也逐步展开,各种系统亟待开发,因而,这对系统开发与建设方面人员偏少的城商行是个极大的挑战。对此,笔者从城市商业银行现状出发,分析了软件系统项目开发管理各阶段存在的难点,提出了相应对策。
