光复合引发体系对淀粉接枝丙烯腈反应的研究

摘    要:为了克服淀粉接枝丙烯腈过程中的均聚反应,提出了一个紫外光复合引发体系。研究了用二苯甲酮(BP)与安息香乙醚(BE)组成的复合引发体系对玉米淀粉接枝丙烯腈反应的影响。通过不同的BP/BE比,设计不同的BP,BE加入的时间关系,研究结果表明,BP,BE能够组成一个有效的复合引发体系,该引发体系克服了均聚反应,并使淀粉的接枝率达到32%,接枝效率达到92%。

Abstract:Corn starch gelatinized by sodium hydroxide was grafted with acrylonitrile (AN) in presence of photoinitiators,benzophenone (BP) or/and benzoin ethyl ether (BE),under UVlight.A composite initiation system containing BP and BE was proposed to overcome the homopolymerization.By designing the time schedule of addition of both the components,results showed BP and BE form an efficacious composite initiation system,which can not only initiate the graft copolymerization with percent synthetic polymer(%addon) of 32%,but also avoid homopolymerization in the process of grafting with graft efficiency ( E %) as high as 92%.
