摘    要:以TH-1为表面活性剂、煤油作为有机溶剂、N235为促进迁移载体组成液膜的有机相、NaOH溶液作为内水相构成乳状液膜体系,讨论了表面活性剂TH-1和N235用量、油内比R01以及处理时间对废水COD的去除率的影响。在适当的条件下,用乳状液膜处理CLT酸生产废水,COD去除率可达92%。

Abstract:Using the TH-1 as surfactant, kerosene as organic solvent, N235 as promoting migration carrier in the membrane phase; and NaOH as internal phase, the research examines the effects of TH-1 surfactant concentration, carrier concentration,Roi and extraction time on the transport rate of organic compounds. Under appropriate conditions, the removal efficiency of COD from production wastewater can reach 92% with emulsion liquid membrane method.
