摘    要:退火使MA2 0h( 2 0h机械合金化 )Al、Mg、Si、Cu元素粉末的Si衍射峰消失 ,出现Al4C3 、Mg2 Si及r Al2 O3 等新相的衍射峰。随退火温度的升高和保温时间的增长 ,新衍射峰增强 ;Al衍射峰位置向小角度偏移且半高宽减小 ,晶体结构变得完整 ;晶格常数增大、晶粒尺寸长大及点阵应变减小 ,经 5 0 0℃× 2h退火处理的晶粒尺寸仍小于 5 0nm ;硬度降低越加显著

Abstract:In annealed powders of mechanical alloying Al-Mg-Si-Cu by 20 hours,the diffraction peak of Si disappeared and some new diffraction peaks of Al4C3,Mg2Si and γ-Al2O3 and so on,appeared.The higher the annealed temperature and the longer the annealed time,the stronger the new diffraction peaks.After annealing,the position of Al diffraction peaks moved to small angle and the half width decreases,the crystal structure changed more complete,the lattice constant increased.Annealed at 500℃ for 2 hours,the grain size was also less than 50 nm,the hardness cut down more markedly.
