| 摘 要： | 本文结合中职生的现状,针对如何在学校开展职业指导工作提出了五点具体建议：转变就业观念,拓展就业空间；了解职业社会,着手职业准备；了解自我个性,培养职业兴趣；综合分析,职业定位；传授求职技巧,帮助学生求职成功。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of Chinese vocational school students,the article puts forward the following five proposals on how to provide vocational guidance to them at school:to change the concept of employment so as to expand the scope of employment;to gain a better understanding of the society to be better prepared;to get to know one's personality to develop career interests;to have a thorough analysis so as to be well-targeted in choosing one's career;to teach strategies of job-hunting to give students a shortcut to success. |
